We do not reject Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2 or any other methodology. Quite the opposite.
Every methodology becomes more effective when leaders create the conditions for people to collaborate, challenge ideas and solve problems together.

Leadership is not about controlling every task. It is about enabling every person.
